Our Experience
Our technology business has a history of developing innovative solutions for its customers.
IBM has awarded Computer Networks its “Fastest Growing Partner in NSW” for 2009. In early 2010, Computer Networks became the only SAP Hosting Certified Partner in Australia, providing options for SAP customers in remote infrastructure management based locally.
In 2009, our technology business developed a real time system monitoring (RTSM) service for SME customers that let Computer Networks staff monitor the system performance, uptime, backups and storage capacity of customers’ IT infrastructure remotely. This service is currently being used by the large majority of our customers.
In 2002, Computer Networks identified the importance of the newly introduced laser printer and developed a unique ‘123’ software product for the real estate industry. The solution allowed agents to take photos of properties, edit and add copy to an established template and then print full colour brochures for open house inspection. Computer Networks provided a free laser printer to every customer.
