With more than 20 years experience as a proven and successful consulting and sales executive in the technology industry, he is known for being an innovative, creative professional who consistently achieves his operating plan objectives while increasing revenues.
Richard Gibbs
Chief Sales Officer at The CN Group of Companies
With over 23 years experience in IT, Richard has worked across a diverse range of industries in both consulting and business roles. He has a proven track record of running companies and delivering projects that have re-shaped organisational business processes to deliver benefits. Richard is a strategic and tactical thinker who is driven by a need to ensure that information technology is not deployed for technology sake, but to achieve tangible business benefits.
Jeff Durham
COO at The CN Group of Companies
Jeff completed his Bachelor of Information Science at Newcastle University whilst working at BHP Steel and subsequently at BHP IT. In 1995 he joined SAP and managed the development of the Australian and NZ Payroll solutions whilst based in Melbourne and Germany. Jeff’s career evolved from a development focus into business and solution consulting for SAP in the late 90′s. Jeff grew and led SAP’s Payroll Consulting Practice for ANZ. He then moved back to NSW to take on a services business development role managing SAP’s NSW Government and other private sector customers. Jeff was responsible for the contract negotiation and subsequent deployment of SAP to the NSW Dept of Education & Training. Most recently, Jeff has taken on the COO role for the CN Group. Jeff lives on the Central Coast with his wife and 2 daughters, he enjoys boating, fishing and spending time with his family.

Mark has an extensive background in the Information Technology industry with experience managing operations, human resources and SAP resources. He specialises in SAP Resources Management, Recruitment, SAP Delivery, P&L Responsibility, SAP Sales, SAP Operations, SAP Consulting, SAP Project Management, SAP Hosting and IT Infrastructure.
