Ad-hoc Support
This service applies to customers who are not on a Computer Networks IT support plan. Our Ad-hoc service can cover your entire technology needs including unplanned downtime caused by hardware or software, networks and servers. Ad-hoc IT support can be provided both remotely and on site.
Standard operating hours are 8:30 am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. After-hours and weekend services can be provided on request.
Hourly Blocks
Hourly blocks provide the customer with a stipulated amount of support hours at volume-based pricing. Pre-paid hourly blocks are an advantage for those requiring more than just an “emergency fix”.
Features include:
- Volume pricing
- Upfront Payment – so you can control your IT expenditure.
- 12 months to use the hours –extended time commitment
- Hours are available in blocks of 20, 50, 100, 100+
- Draw down of the hours is dependent on the agreed work type
- No SLAs (best effort response)
